For Buyers

Inspect items thoroughly before purchase
Respect sale locations and seller property
Follow sale rules and guidelines
Make payments as agreed upon
Communicate clearly with sellers

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Use automated systems to access the Platform
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.

The Platform's content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Micasa Marketplace and protected by intellectual property laws.
